The short version
This site is here to tell you about Bloomvibes and to let you start a conversation. Sending an enquiry does not book anything and does not commit either of us to anything. Nothing here is a contract until we have agreed one with you in writing.
What an enquiry is
When you use Plan your celebration or Check a date, you are asking us a question. We will read it and reply. A date is not held, reserved, or promised to you by that message, and we may not be able to offer what you asked for. Any booking happens later, in a written agreement signed by both of us.
What the photographs show
Bloomvibes is being built. Many of the pictures on this site show what we are building toward rather than what stands on the land today, and the pages say so where they appear. Treat them as intention, not inventory. If you want to know what will actually be standing here on your date, ask us and you will get a straight answer.
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but we cannot promise every detail is current at the moment you read it. Anything you are relying on, confirm with us directly.
Other people’s sites
Some pages link out, including to The Poets Cafe. Those sites are run by other people under their own terms and their own privacy practices. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control what is on them.
What belongs to us
The Bloomvibes name, the wordmark, the writing and the photographs on this site are ours or used with permission. You are welcome to read, share a link, and quote us with attribution. Reusing the text or the images commercially, or passing them off as your own, is not something we have agreed to.
Using the site
Use it in the ordinary way. Do not try to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use the forms to send anyone anything they did not ask for. We may change or take down any part of this site at any time.

Bloomvibes LLC operates from 9182 County Road 466, Princeton, Texas. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas.
