The short version
We collect what you type into a form on this site, and we count visits. We do not sell any of it, and we do not pass it to anyone except the services that deliver our mail and run the site. If you want anything we hold about you removed, email hello@thebloomvibes.com and we will remove it.
What you send us on purpose
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the kind of gathering you have in mind, a preferred date if you have one, and whatever you want to tell us about the day. All of it reaches us as an email. We read it, we reply, and it stays in our inbox the way any email from you would.
The subscribe box in the footer takes an email address and nothing else. It goes on a list we use to send event dates and news about the garden. Every message we send from that list has a way off it, and you can also just reply and ask.
What the site collects on its own
If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics counts your visit and records things like the pages you open, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you use. It does not tell us who you are. If you decline, it never loads and none of that happens. The cookies page lists exactly what is involved.
Our enquiry and subscribe endpoints hold your IP address in memory for ten minutes, purely to stop one machine submitting the form hundreds of times. It is never written to disk and never sent anywhere.
Who else touches it
Resend delivers our email and holds the subscriber list. Microsoft Azure hosts the site and runs the small piece of code behind the forms. Google provides the analytics. Those three see what is described above because they have to in order to do the job, and none of them has our permission to use it for anything else.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning a gathering. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Asking us to delete it
Email hello@thebloomvibes.com or call (972) 565-1430 and tell us what you want removed. We will take your address off the subscriber list and delete the enquiry emails we hold from you. You do not need to give a reason, and we will confirm when it is done.
Changes
If we start collecting something new, this page changes on the same day. The date at the top is the last time it did.
